The Troféu Dodô e Osmar or "Dodô and Osmar" Trophies are awarded every year after Carnival. While there are several organizations that bestow Carnival awards, the Dodô and Osmar trophies are considered to be the most prestigious. They are, in essence, the “Oscars” of the Carnival in Salvador.
